How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 3-4 business days. Domestic record orders will ship USPS Media Mail (2-8 Business Days ) from time of shipment. All other orders are USPS First Class Mail. International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Do you track orders?
Yes, you will receive a notification email when your order has shipped including a tracking number, so you can track its progress all the way to your door.
We will do our best to try and accomodate international customers. Please note that postage costs from the US have gotten considerably expensive over the years. With this in mind, if you place an order we can't be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You will also be responsible for any and all potential import taxes/fees incurred during transit. We also will not be accepting returns for international orders. If you have any additional questions before placing an order, please reach out to us directly.
If your package is held by customs for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to resolve any pending actions needed by your country to complete the shipment. Depending on where you live and the total value of your order, it is highly likely you your government will charge additional import fees, on top of the shipping fees. These added fees are completely out of our control and cannot be determined in advance. We are unable to provide any support with international customs offices.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during international transit. However, If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less shipping, and a 5% re-stocking fee.
If you find it necessary to exchange or return any part of your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, with the supplied address label from your package, or ship to the enclosed address with your name and email address. Please note, you will be responsible for return postage. Once your merchandise has been returned, we will issue a refund for your order in the total amount.
